Coach Frank Negri has over 10 years of experience developing players ages 9–17 and leading competitive teams to success. Known for a positive, fundamentals-first approach, he has guided multiple squads to championships — including two 17U titles this past summer and a 13U championship this fall. His dedication to player growth, teamwork, and high-level preparation has made him a trusted leader who consistently helps athletes reach their full potential.

With nearly 20 years of coaching experience, Coach Leigh Bomzer has been inspiring and motivating athletes to reach their full potential. For the past four years with Rockland Elite, he has emphasized hard work, positive energy, and teamwork—believing that players should lift each other up and give their best effort every time. His dedication has helped teams achieve success on the field, including a Rockland Elite baseball championship, as well as multiple championships in other sports and organizations.

Coach Marcial brings years of experience, passion, and commitment to Rockland Elite. A four-year high school baseball player from the Bronx, Edwin began his baseball journey competing in the Goya League’s A, AA, and AAA divisions. The knowledge gained throughout his playing career has shaped his ability to coach and mentor dozens of young athletes—including his own children. He first served as an Assistant Coach for the Stony Point All-Stars 10U team before joining Rockland Elite, where he made an immediate impact by helping the 9U Navy reach the GHVBL Spring Championship.

This past season, his leadership continued to shine as he guided the RE 10U Navy to a Fall Championship. Now, he steps into the role of Head Coach for Spring 2026. Edwin has also been selected to lead a team in the National Championship Sports (NCS) League in Puerto Rico for Summer 2026—an honor that recognizes his dedication, energy, and proven ability to develop young athletes.

Coach Dennis Fitzpatrick, his 11U Navy team is built on the belief that the right group of players, playing hard, can accomplish anything. On every field, in every game, this team shows up ready to compete and ready to win. The work never stops. Winners of the 2025 GHBL Summer Championship and ready for the next one!

Coach Rafael Cabral has been coaching with Rockland Elite since 2018. First as an assistant Coach then as a head coach. He has won numerous Championships with his Rockland Elite Teams. In 2023, Coach Rafael combined his Rockland Elite team with Makina, and they won Cooperstown All Star Village at 12U. Though his teams win a lot, Coach Rafael always focuses on developing and putting all kids first.

Coach Paul Peterson has been with Rockland Elite since 2015. A former High School Star at Nanuet HS and a former College player, Coach Paul brings a wealth of baseball knowledge to his team. His 16U Gold team has been ranked in the State for 5 years in a row. In 2026, the sky is the limit for his team.

Coach Kevin Reim has been coaching with Rockland Elite since 2017. His 15U National team accomplishments are legendary. They have won 49 Championships. 4X Ripken champion, 4X Diamond Nation champion, Perfect Game champion and 4X finalist, USABL World Series Champions and 6X USABL World Series Playoffs, PBR NJ Championship champions, Sports at the Beach champions, GMG champions, 2X Hudson Sports Complex champions, 5X Frozen Ropes champions 8X NYEB champions, 22X USABL champions. Has been ranked in the top 10 in the State 7 years in a row. The teams career wins, 483 going into the season.

Coach Antonio Reda has been coaching with Rockland Elite since 2016, when the team was only 7U. His 16U Red team has been with the organization the longest, and almost the entire team from 7u now plays 16u. The team’s longevity is a testament to the heart and soul he pours into the team. They have won several championships along the way, and the team is as tight knit as it gets.

Coach Brian Villanova has been coaching youth baseball for nine years, driven by a genuine love for the game and a passion for helping young athletes grow. While he values the fundamentals and competition of baseball, what means the most to him is the opportunity to positively impact the kids he coaches.

Coach Brian is focused on helping players develop not only as ballplayers, but also as athletes and teammates. He believes the most important qualities on the field are heart and hustle. Talent can take a player far, but effort, attitude, and determination are what truly set great players apart.

For Coach Brian, it’s always about the kids. Watching them improve, gain confidence, and develop a love for the game is what makes coaching so rewarding.

Coach Tom Guarino is the Manager of the 15U Black team for Rockland Elite Baseball and brings more than 40 years of experience in the game of baseball. A lifelong student of the sport, Coach Guarino played four years of high school baseball for Clarkstown High School North and has remained deeply involved in the game ever since through coaching and player development. Coach Guarino’s philosophy centers on preparing players for the future by focusing on strong fundamentals, baseball IQ, and the work ethic required to compete at higher levels of the game. He places a strong emphasis on player development, helping athletes refine their skills while building confidence, discipline, and leadership both on and off the field. Under his leadership, the 15U Black team has experienced competitive success, highlighted by winning the championship at the USABL Veterans Day Tournament. Coach Guarino prides himself on creating a competitive yet supportive environment where players are pushed to improve and perform at their best.

In addition to developing strong ballplayers, Coach Guarino is committed to preparing athletes for high school and potential college baseball opportunities, teaching the importance of dedication, teamwork, and accountability. Through his experience, leadership, and commitment to development, Coach Guarino continues to play an important role in shaping players both on the field and in life.

Coach Brenden Colon has been with Rockland Elite since 2017. Coach Brenden has coached several teams, having tons of success. He has won Ripken and continues to assist many teams with his fielding clinics. With Coach Brenden his players are family and it is family first!

Coache Keith Cozza has been coaching with Rockland Elite since Fall of 2021. Off the field, though Coach Keith was a CEO of a Fortune 500 Company, he has never lost the love for sports and baseball that he developed growing up on Long Island. Coach Keith believes in giving back to the kids in our community and has spent countless hours developing players so that they can have success on and off the baseball field.

Coach Jeff Demarest, a West Point graduate, is head coach of Rockland Elite 9U Red. Coach Jeff has coached or assistant coached 9 different youth baseball teams. He believes that youth sports can teach life lessons of teamwork, leadership, and hard work. He is ready for big things from his team in 2026!

Coach Justin Ottman, was drafted in by the Seattle Mariners then by the Florida Marlins coming out of North Rockland HS back in 2000 & 2001. He went to Oklahoma State University then on to play professional baseball. When his professional career ended, Coach Justin spent time coaching at colleges including Fordham University. Recently, Coach Justin has spent his time developing the youth in our community. He is one of the best around for coaching technical and the mental aspects of the game. His 8u Red team is ready for 2026!

Santos Baseball Academy's indoor baseball training facility is a fully equipped 10,000 square foot baseball training facility located in Norwood, NJ right on the Border of Rockland County, NY. We have something for all ages and all skill levels.

Santos Baseball pitching programs are designed by Victor Santos based on his experience acquired in the 17 years he played professional baseball; 8 of those in the Major Leagues (MLB).
