14U Red Makes It All The Way To The Semifinals Game At The Ripken Tournament!

14U Red played their last tournament of the fall season last weekend at Ripken Aberdeen.

After pool play the team was the 1 seed out of 12 teams going 2-0 and outscoring opponents 25-1.  The team made it all the way to the semi-finals but had a tough time with a few players getting injured and facing a good team couldn’t get the win to advance to the Championship.  Every player on the team contributed whether it was in the field, on the mound or at the plate.

Some highlights from the weekend were excellent pitching from Ben Schindle and Tyler Forsberg in Game 1 who had a combined no hitter shutout with 7 strikeouts.  In game 2 Colin O’Hanlon, Lucas Camillo, Dylan Earle and Ben Schindle combined to allow only 1 run while striking out 8.  Lucas Camillo drove in the winning run, a walk off hit in the bottom of the 7th inning for the 2-1 win.

Throughout the weekend Alex Londino, Jorel Abreu and Chris Koester were a force in the outfield making countless plays and taking away what could have been extra base hits on a huge field.  CJ Ottomanelli made plays all over the field all weekend but stood out at first base where he made play after play for the team.  Shane Saltiel was a wall at catcher allowing no passed balls in 4 games behind the plate and several put outs on baserunners.

In addition to their great play in the field, at the plate Dylan Earle, Chris Catina, Colin O’Hanlon and Lucas Camillo were a force all weekend.  Dylan Earle batted 667 with 6 hits, 3 RBI’s and 5 runs, Colin O’Hanlon batted 625 with 5 hits, 2 RBI’s and 4 runs and Chris Catina batted 462 with 6 hits, 2 RBI’s and 4 runs, Lucas Camillo batted 455 with 5 hits, 5 RBI’s and 6 runs.

10u Navy Wraps Up Fall Ball with a trip to the Championship Game! ⚾️

November 3rd, 2025

What a season for the Rockland Elite 10u Navy squad! Over the past nine weeks, these boys have been grinding — training hard, playing smart, and showing what teamwork and dedication look like. They went undefeated in league play, outscoring their opponents by an average of six runs per game and punching their ticket to the GHVBL Playoffs. Once there, they kept the momentum rolling — winning three straight playoff games by an average of eight runs to reach the championship finals!

The team saw contributions from every part of their roster. On the mound, our future aces Gabriel S., Royce M., Luke M and Mason M. were dealing! Each threw 7+ innings and racked up 10+ strikeouts over the season.

At the plate, the bats were just as hot  — Gabriel S. and Justin S. led the team with 16 and 11 RBIs, while Nick P., Nick L., and Seaver Q. each drove in 5+ to keep the runs coming. Patience paid off too, as Camilo S. and Nick L.showed great discipline with 10+ walks apiece and a .600 and .708 On-Base Percentage respectively. Let’s not forget Joey L., Dominick T. and Hudson D. who went from guest players to everyday players — stepping up big when it mattered most!

Now the boys are gearing up for one last tournament in 2025, looking to bring home a championship before the snow hits!

Congratulations Rockland Elite 10u Navy and thank you to all of the coaches and families on an incredible season — your hard work, energy, and teamwork made this fall one to remember!

Great job Players & Coaches!

13U Navy wins the GHVBL Fall League Championship!

Rockland Elite Navy 13U came ready to play on Saturday, powering their way to a 15–7 victory over Wolf Pac 13U at Robinson Lane Park.

Elite struck first in the opening inning, capitalizing on a passed ball to take an early lead with Ryan F scoring from 3rd. In the second inning Michael C laced a two out two-run single to make it 3–1 — and from there, they never looked back.

The offense really came alive in the seventh inning, when Rockland exploded for six runs on four hits. Ryan drew a walk to bring in a run, Shayna smashed a two-run double, Thomas singled home another, a passed ball added one more, and Vincent capped off the rally with a bases-loaded walk.

On the mound, Ryan got the start, throwing 5 1/3 innings and allowing just four earned runs while striking out two. Jake came in to finish things off, helping secure the win.

Offensively, Michael led the team with 3 RBIs from the nine spot, going 2-for-4 on the day. Michael and Glavine each collected two hits, while the lineup showed great patience at the plate — drawing 12 walks total! Julian, Vincent, and Anthony each earned two.

Elite also put on a show on the basepaths, swiping an impressive 16 stolen bases. Julian, Glavine, Ryan, Thomas, and Brady each stole multiple bags. The defense was just as sharp, turning a double play and finishing the game error-free, with Julian leading the way with seven plays in the field.
